Rubi graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. in accounting. She will be pursuing a MT in taxation at Portland State University starting in Summer 2024. Rubi will then prepare to sit for the CPA exam.
In her spare time Rubi enjoys hiking and taking her dogs on adventures, or simply spending time with family.
