Dave joined Van Beek& Co. as a Co-Managing Member in September, 1995. He is the Director of Tax Services and has over 29 years of public accounting experience. Prior to coming to the Firm, Dave earned his B.S. from Oregon State University, and worked at Price Waterhouse as a Senior Tax Manager from 1986 – 1995.
Dave takes a creative approach to his mastery of the tax code, which ultimately creates unique opportunities for our tax clients. He takes an approach that is well beyond ordinary tax preparation, and has come to specialize in transaction work that includes mergers & acquisitions; transition planning; and detailed assistance with financial and banking relationships.
Dave has also become a valuable resource for tax professionals outside of the Firm because of his distinct abilities and his common sense approach to problem solving.
